Submission of this request is not a confirmation of reservation. You will be contacted about your request within two (2) business days. You must also fill out the Recording Release and License form (PDF) and follow the instructions indicated on the Recording Release Form. Speakers affiliated with the University do not need to fill out the Recording Release Form.
